We understand that customers may require more time or feedback when shopping for a wig or hair style. If you have questions about an item, be sure to contact the store before placing your order.
Orders processed on Essence Wigs may be cancelled after payment is made but before an item begins production. If you wish to cancel an order, send us an email or contact us using the contact form on this website within two hours after receiving your order confirmation stating the reason you are requesting cancellation. There are situations where we may be able to accommodate a change without cancellation being necessary. If an item has reached shipment or production phase, it is ineligible for cancellation.
When an item is cancelled after payment has been made and before it has been shipped, we will refund the full price of the item minus processor fees. Be sure to check all your orders carefully before placing one. The method of refund will be to the original payment method unless the customer requests store credit.
